The content will cover the key areas of the syllabus and areas likely to be tested. There will also be a focus on exam style questions with clear debriefs to aid understanding.

Live Workshop Information

This online revision course is designed to help you feel more prepared for your exam. The objective of this unit is to develop knowledge and understanding of the financial services profession, including regulation, legislation and the Code of Ethics.   

The content will cover the key areas of the syllabus and areas likely to be tested. There will also be a focus on exam style questions with clear debriefs to aid understanding.  

Your Workshop will cover:

1. Introduction to Regulation
2. Regulated products to solve client needs
3. Legal Concepts
Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Rules and Regulations
4. Advice framework e.g. cancellation rights
5. Client focused regulation e.g. Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)

This workshop is delivered online, via Zoom, over 4 x half days, between 09:30am – 12:30pm (UK).

Your trainer is highly experienced and qualified in the subject matter, and as importantly, in how to deliver an effective and productive online training session, ensuring all candidates are fully engaged to maximise the learning experience.

Your course will be interactive, with the use of screen share, virtual whiteboards, polls/quizzes and breakout rooms for smaller group discussions. You will also receive a recording of the entire workshop post course, along with all supporting documents used.

The maximum continuous screen time during any session will be 45 minutes and the workshops will have breaks.
